How to Transfer data on Airtel
Before you transfer data it is advisable to change your default pin to another pin of your choice.
This is to prevent an authorized person from transferring your data.
The default pin for all Airtel subscribers is 1234.
So to transfer data to your family or friend just follow the steps below;
- Dial *141*6# using your Airtel SIM card.
- Then select option 8 (Data Me2U) from the displayed options.
- Furthermore, select option 2 (Send Me2U from the existing allowance).
- Then enter the Airtel phone number you want to transfer the data.
- Also, enter the size of data you wish to transfer to the beneficial Airtel SIM card.
- And lastly, enter your new Airtel transfer PIN.
To confirm the transaction, just select option 1.
Then a congratulatory message will be sent to you that you have successfully transferred data to another Airtel Number.
